To our Customer Journey & Experience team we are now looking for Business Process Developers.
Together with the teams Transformation Project, and Commercial Planning & Insight, we lead the ambitious digital transformation within Telenor Sweden. Our mission is to transform the customer journeys and processes in close collaboration with other departments, to be able to create digital and surprisingly smooth end to end experience across all our consumer products.
If you join us, you will be part of a team of curious, driven and motivated colleagues with different backgrounds who all wants to do better every day. Together with your team, a typical project might be to investigate how our customers buy our products and services. Based on your insights and tight collaboration with other parts of the organization, you will then be responsible for developing internal processes which will meet with the expectations of our customers.
What you'll be doing
As a Business Process Manager your main responsibility is to contribute to the transformation of Telenor from an end-to-end process perspective where you will contribute to a surprisingly smooth customer experience. You will have the opportunity to build on your proven process skills and leverage your interest in inspiring others and building strong relationships. In a collaborative team setting, you'll work closely with others but also autonomously with little direction.
Key responsibilities:
* Responsible for evaluating, designing, executing, measuring and monitoring business processes within Telenor
* Responsible for ensuring that the outcomes will be in harmony with our strategy and targets.
* Collaborate and communicate across all departments to ensure development of business processes according to optimization and efficiency
* Responsible for aligning internal processes with customer journeys and internal systems/API:s
* Driving business process development and identifying key revenue opportunities, areas of improvement and metrics to determine the impact of the team's work and progress

Key qualifications
* Proven experience of identifying, creating and streamlining business processes that helps accomplish specific business objectives, preferably using Lean methodology
* Understanding of how to discern between business processes and series of steps in a flow chart and to analyze the steps in question to determine if they consist of a simple series of activities or an actual business process
* Ability to work and communicate effectively with people at all levels in an organization
* A University Master degree in marketing, finance or similar
* Fluency speaking and writing in English
