Order Fulfillment Capital Equipment
As Business Process Coach you will be working with improving the effectiveness of the Order Fulfillment Capital Equipment (OFCE) process. The focus area for this position will be the sub-processes of Production, Order management, Shipping and Master Data management. You will be supporting Tetra Pak units producing Capital Equipment by increasing their knowledge level in the Global IT systems supporting our processes and in driving further improvements.
You will be reporting to the Director of the Business Systems Support department. This department is based in Lund and consists of a team of 7 people supporting Tetra Pak's market companies and production units.
This position can be based either in Lund, Sweden or in Modena, Italy, and requires travelling of approximately 20% of your time.
The main tasks and responsibilities for the position are:
• System support of our chosen Information Systems Platform based on SAP R/3
• Coach super users and local process drivers and drive increased utilization of existing system functionality for the benefit of the business
• Identify best practices and drive system improvements to better support the process
• Participate in process review activities
• Drive or participate in OFCE projects and continuous improvement activities using WCM methodology
• Assist in development of improved training materials, focusing on best practice
• Participate in re-training activities
Publiceringsdatum2011-09-24KvalifikationerAs a team member in a global environment, candidates with strong analytical and interpersonal skills will best meet our expectations. Leadership, process orientation, service attitude and focus on results will also be essential to the success of this position. You should possess the basic project management skills required to drive improvement projects.
We believe you have an engineering background with at least 3 years experience working in a production environment. Extensive understanding of the Capital Equipment business and OFCE process is essential, as well as knowledge and experience of SAP R/3. The work will involve international contacts so it is important that you are fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
