Your responsibilities
Responsible for supporting/driving Order and Sales tools deployments and improvements.
Act as a key player in the business reference teams to work cross-functionally with other enteties within Hitachi Energy by suggesting improvements to the tools based on own evaluations to achieve simplification and to increase users' acceptance and experience.
Responsible for collecting business requirements to enhance the overall sales and ordering experience for our customer as well as our users. Report clearly upwards in the organization and drive our factory's demands on the systems and processes.
Be solution-oriented when problems arise that need to be addressed.
Responsible for preparing and maintaining documentation, guidelines, training, and updates. Manage on-time communication on issues related to tools' development and new functionalities.
Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency. Assists the divisions in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
Willingness to work and support as per deployment and testing schedule.
Your background
Relevant education and 3+ years of experience in process and capabilities in tool transformation, deployment and enhancement. Exposure on tools like SAP ERP or similar, and sales/pricing/ordering tools.
Individual contributor using in-depth knowledge in a specific area/system to execute complex or specialized projects/challenges/tools.
You are a skilled business system specialist with a solution-oriented attitude and drive.
You are capable to impart knowledge to other units on the subject through training and coaching.
You are successful in your ways of exploring ideas and thinking out of box solutions
You are comfortable in communicating in English. Swedish is added advantage.
Problem-solving ability and takes ownership in actions.
