We are now looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our efforts in the area of digital transformation. As part of our IT team you will be an instrumental part in how we help equip our employees with the best tools and processes possible. Within the area of Business Systems in our Digitalisation team, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders including Finance, HR, CRM and Sales. Your mission is to ensure that we are targeting high impact problems and are on top of the business requirements that solve them. Our way of working should never be bureaucratic or slow, we aim for speed and agility. This also affects the Business Process Analyst role in the way that we put a big emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and an enabling attitude. We work with a positive mindset and drive forward with energy.
Examples of your Job Responsibilities include:
Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications, using process mapping methods like BPMN, UML, use-case diagrams or similar
Make suggestions for new process designs and ways of working
Work with technology professionals to design technical solutions that meets business requirements
Evaluate vendors and software offerings
Present findings and recommendations and keep a continuous dialogue with stakeholders in order to be able to collect new needs for improvements
When applicable, align process designs with compliance requirements

It would be music to our ears if you have:
5+ years with relevant experience in a digital environment
Experience from major system implementations or pre-study projects
Experience from working with project- / product management in a high-growth environment
