hela Sverige We are looking for a Business Performance Manager to join our Advanced Analytics & AI team in Sweden. Our goal is to be data science centre of excellence and provide insights to our stakeholders and enable Telenor Sweden to make truly data driven decisions.

Do you have a passion for data?
In this position you will turn vast amounts of transactional data into actionable insights, creating data pipelines, and state-of-the-art visualizations. You will work cross-functional and provide actionable insights to numerous stakeholders across our divisions, such as business managers, controllers and BI specialists.
You're a data alchemist
You will play a critical role in the success of our business by providing understanding of what drives our sales, churn and marketing efficiency.

You will get the freedom, but also the responsibility, to define and shape the performance management role for the biggest possible impact by deciding on the best KPIs and ways to communicate these.

You
We believe you have a bachelor's degree in economics, business, computer science or similar. You understand financial statement reports, and we hope that you have some experience and knowledge of working with Excel, SQL, R and tableau/Qlik. In order to succeed in this position we believe it's important that you are able to communicate actionable insights with impact to key stakeholders.
