Job description
We are looking for a Business Performance Analyst to our client's Commercial Department in central Stockholm. Your task will be to analyse available commercial data to identify needs and determine business solutions. You will support Regional Management with planning and decision making through analysis and production of statistical information and long term forecasts. You will also participate to Sales Development with pricing analysis, profitability mapping and business solutions.
Key areas of responsibility
• Manage the monthly volume/revenue long term forecasting
• Implement regional changes on forecasting process as deemed necessary
• Manage and coordinate yearly Commercial budget
• Produce monthly regional results with comments
• Actively support Sales and Key Account management
• Participate to strategic projects with Trade or central Office
• Simplify reports and improve data quality

Qualifications and requirements
The ideal candidate is a commercial focused person with strong analytical skills and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
You have the ability to manage huge amounts of data with good knowledge of Excel, COGNOS or other data processing system. You are results orientated and enthusiasms to identify and drive change initiative. We see that you have a strong focus on team work and the ability to interact with other departments. It is also necessary that you are able to encourage and develop initiatives and ideas.
We require you to be fluent in English.
Further details
This recruitment is a full time permanent employment with start date as soon as possible. You will be stationed at our client's office in central Stockholm.
