Our client is a global furniture retailer. We are looking for a Project Manager to take on the challenge to lead the development within one of the client's core processes. As a Project Manager you have the responsibility to manage and deliver high-quality projects. The position will be based in Älmhult
Your assignment as Project Manager is to:
• Lead a business development project and deliver the expected result within agreed time, cost and quality frame
• Lead and manage a project team comprising of a mix of Project & Business Professionals
• Stakeholder management
• Report to the Project Steering Group about the project status and recommending direction and decisions.
• Working with and adhering to the client's project framework and approved methods and tools used for Project Management
• Manage risks by identify, mitigate, monitor and control risk
• Manage procurement and vendor relations within project with support from internal purchasing organization and follow up on performance and deliveries from vendor.

This assignment is a strategic position in a major international business project environment positioned in a dynamic and professional organization. You have a good understanding of connecting business with IT and your greatest strengths is your leadership and your proven ability to manage and execute large, complex projects. • Be prepared to develop and simplify existing ways of working
• Have knowledge in change management methods and tools
• Have general knowledge in business processes and understanding of Information Technology
• Have experience of leading global projects
