Your future challenge
A professional and business oriented HR-work is essential to be able to attract, recruit and develop the right talents to support our business plan. You will perform both hands-on and strategic roles in providing human resources expertise all HR related areas. Our HR team supports specific organisations or functions, and we embed ourselves within the business to work closely with management and employees on people-related issues. As HR Manager you are also instrumental in initiating and driving HR programs/initiatives within your organisations.
You take initiatives, are communicative and can coach managers in their staff responsibilities. Your driving forces are to develop organisation, managers and personnel in order to strengthen our capabilities and create results.
You will be a part of the business area HR-team and report to the Head of HR. In parallel, as the HR Manager for Operations Järfälla and the Marketing & Sales, you are a part of the Management Teams and report to the Head of Operations Järfälla and Head of Marketing & Sales.
This position also includes the roll as Site Manager. This means that you are responsible for handling the overall HR issues related to site Järfälla in coordination with the other business units on the site.
Todays demands
To suit this position you are result oriented and business minded. You are used to assume responsibility and to work proactively. This position requires a trustworthy candidate with high integrity and a flexible mind.
You have a university degree within the Human Resources field or equivalent and strong experience of broad, qualified HR work, preferably from an international matrix organisation. You have experience from working in a consultative manner and have excellent language skills in written and spoken English and Swedish.
We have a geographically dispersed organization, why travel is a natural element.

Operation Järfälla is a part of Electronic Defence Systems are working with cutting edge R&D within the electronic warfare area. Marketing & Sales is responsible for all marketing and sales of the Electronic Defence Systems Radar and EW product portfolio and are mainly located in Järfälla, Gothenburg and Centurion South Africa.
