Perform software development on our data warehouse system
Participate and take lead in software design
Analyse requirements for creating a detailed design
Work together with the Agile Product Owner and help break down epics into features and user stories in the backlog
Plan opportunities together with other team members and architects
Participate in testing of new functionality to determine if a solution has fulfilled the requirements
Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered functionality
Be part of an agile team to continuously experiment, iterate and deliver on new product objectives
Work in an environment that supports your individual growth by providing you with challenging tasks to solve and the freedom to acquire new skills, lectures and a variety of internal training courses
What is needed in this role:
Excellent teamwork skills and an eagerness to reach goals in a collaborative manner
You are a good software developer, proactive and solution oriented
You have a good business understanding and experience of the credit risk area
It is important that you are self-driven with strong analytical skills and able to take own initiatives
You have deep knowledge of SQL
You have experience in data warehousing development, implementation and support as well as understanding in database tuning and optimization
Maintaining and troubleshooting for our services on Teradata platform and/or SAS platform
Teradata Knowledge is a plus
You have knowledge of IBM Mainframe
You have experience of Powercenter
You are structured and systematic
Be passionate about quality and know what it means to deliver high-quality code
Have willingness to learn and work together with our team for bringing value to our stakeholders
Experience of SAS development is a plus
You are fluent in English
