What You'll Do
As this is a new role within the company, you will have the chance to provide your own touch to this growing function within the company. As a Business Operations Lead, you will have a key part in improving primaraly our sales operations, but also working with the customer success organisiation, across the company by utilizing and delivering analytics, reports, and solutions that will help the entire sales team to excel. For the right individual, there will be tremendous opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities include:
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, build, design and, improve our Salesforce infrastructure including finding and implementing new applications.
• Support the entire sales team with Salesforce administration.
• Manage business sales data for routine reports and assist management reports
• Maintain the customer database
• Assist sales representatives by creating reports, tables, and charts.
• Assist the sales representatives with Territory Management.
• Educate the sales team on new software to improve sales functions.
• Liaison with the marketing team and assist with the technical development of the SDR team by creating lists and tracking activity.
Who you are
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, sales operations or business operations
• Experience in Einstein and/or Quip is highly valued as complements to skills within Salesforce
• Experience in designing and deploying Salesforce instances
• High attention to detail and the ability to identify data errors in reports
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experiences that will make you stand out:
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience with Salesforce coding (Apex)
• Experience working in a SaaS environment
• Knowledge in Pardot and/or Gainsight
