The mission of the Executive Assistant is to seamlessly support our CEO, enabling them to
focus on driving Klarna's strategic goals. The Executive Assistant achieves this by fostering
open and transparent communication, identifying and resolving roadblocks, providing valuable
insights into the organization, and delivering timely and efficient assistance. With constant
commitment, the Executive Assistant ensures that our CEO can focus on their key
responsibilities, while they facilitate their success.
The Business Operations Associate will:
Understanding the current priorities of the CEO and know what to prioritize
Taking care of each request (internal or external) coming for the CEO covering all topics
(legal, financial, internal/external communication, product, HR...)
Requires an understanding of the business
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing an extremely active
calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging
complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents
for meetings.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all board members, staff, and
external partners.
Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and
follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Coordinate and ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected, providing a
"gatekeeper" and "gateway" role.
Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites,
and all staff meetings.
Edit and complete first drafts for written communications to external stakeholders.
Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and
manage a variety of special projects.
