Right now we are recruiting for an innovative position of Business Need Analyst who will take part in the development of the future bank. The position is with Business Analysis & Architecture, a team within the Channel organization in Swedish Retail Banking.
Competence Center Channels has the bank's most exciting mission. We analyze activities and different ideas before we start a project to make sure we know what, why and for whom we are doing it. We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, can find new solutions, questions our ways of working and meeting our customers today, to help us lay down our path for the future.
What we do today will affect the future customer experience of Swedbank's almost 4 million clients in an industry under vast transformation. Our role is to shape Swedbank's customer meetings of the future by connecting our retail business with new digital business opportunities.
In the role of BNA you are responsible for driving and participating in Business Need Analysis. In your work you will have a close co-operation with other units within Swedish Banking, product areas, IT and external partners. You will report to Head of Business Analysis & Architecture and be a part of a team of 15 persons.
Your work will consist of:
Driving preparatory business needs analysis for cross-channel development projects Breaking down strategic goals and target pictures to concrete ideas and conceptualizations Managing market and trend analysis to support the analysis Managing customer surveys Creating and validating high level business case Stakeholder anchoring Documentation of analysis including contribution to decision material Supporting development projects in pre-study phase to assure efficient hand over of the need analysis.
Previous roles relevant for this position, e.g.
To be able to fully use this role, you should be attracted to start-ups and preferably have had some experience with them in the past. Also, e-commerce is your area of expertise.
For this position your background is not crucial, what is important is that you have been creative, driven and structured in your previous positions. You are the right person if a reference would describe you as an out-of-the-box thinker that is creative, innovative and structured.
It is a must that you can speak and write well in English, and it is a merit if you have experience from working in projects.
