My name is Ilona Koltsova, Country Remote CMP Manager. I am looking for our new Business Navigation Manager who wants to be part of, inspire and lead RCMP into the future.
This role will fit if you are:

• A master communicator - you are flexible in adapting your communication to different recipients and target groups. You need to have the ability to convey complex information understandable - in an easy and inspiring way.
This is a fulltime position in either Helsingborg or Älmhult, but we expect you to be flexible and have ability to work at both sites. Your will be in contact with different stakeholders therefore you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English.
A day in your life with us
In the role as Business Navigation Manager at RCMP, you are a key player navigating the financial aspects of our organization. We expect you to be an active member of our Management Team and responsible for communicating the financial goals of the units, and support through follow-up and navigation to close possible deviations.
Through your solid forecast and analysis work, together with your knowledge of different work processes, you will contribute to a more efficient every day at RCMP. We see that you are constantly looking for opportunities, for a better result, by gathering different types of information and benchmarking with different stakeholders. Furthermore, you will ensure that all financial and operational processes work excellently and take responsibility for budget and forecast reporting.
The core tasks of this assignment are:
• Lead the budgeting process for RCMP, setting deadlines and develop ways of working together with the management team
• Co-ordinate the functional reporting for the units with a big emphasis on the quality of cost forecasting and completion of reporting in the defined system landscape
• Co-ordinate the follow-up of the unit performance and results and act on deviations between set goals and actual results
• Translate financial results into business results, customer experience effects and create commitment in the organization by clear and inspiring communication
• Act as a role model for the entire unit and all co-workers by leading and acting with our values and vision at heart.
