Your responsibilities
Support incoming employees from abroad, for short to long term duration as well as local hirings
You will be responsible for outbound project site travelling
Support employees together with Tax specialist in tax related topics
Coordinate actions with internal and external stakeholders in visa- and work permit process
Build up network with needed specialists in various countries to assure regulation compliance
Act as speaking partner to the business within area of responsibility, which could include advice, training, updates in relation to mobility
Drive and work on continuous improvement to assure process efficiency

Your background
A Minimum of 3 years of resource mobility experience
Documented knowledge of International Assignments methodologies, assignment lifecycle, immigration, tax, cross-border working, compensation practice
We see that you are an adaptive, confident individual, with a solution mind-set, who can maintain relationships in the business at varying levels of seniority
You communicate with ease and have ability to simplify complex matters and to present these in an effective manner to others
With your intercultural skills you are used to interact with people of different cultures and backgrounds
Good IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
You take pride in your delivery and value deadlines
