As a leading expert in security integration, Stanley Security has extensive experience building security solutions to secure our clients people and business, but also by integrating with different systems and solutions to offer business intelligence beyond physical security to include operations issues as well as business analytics. Main duties and responsibilities



• Implementing customer-facing technical programs, from presales to professional services while taking ownership of technical issues
• An absolute source of technical truth for our customers; Act as an extension of support, product and engineering
• Develops and maintain relationships with client and internal stakeholders
• You will take lead and strive with directly responsible for client success and revenue growth
• Interact with customer and partner developers remotely and in-person
• Work with sales as a business development manager to explain the product, identify solution architectures, train partner and customer developers and support the product
• To be able to ensure smooth workflow across department you need to be structured and organized.
• Create and continually upgrade product demonstrations to show compelling value, adapted to specific industry use cases
• Act as additional quality assurance on the product to secure it 's ready for market
• Provide consistent feedback to Product Management and Engineering team on market use cases
• Leverage and contribute to best practices across the Nordic team in the use of tools, techniques, and materials
• Handles special assignments, investigations and confidential reports appropriately
• Works with minimal supervision and proactively escalates issues when unable to resolve on own
• This position will report to Nordic MT and Nordic General manager



Requirements

You are professional, organized and motivated as well as having the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 2 years' experience from a similar role. We believe you are self-motivated and have the ability to take setbacks, learn, adapt and go again. You'll be a great addition to the Stanley Security team if...

• 3+ years' experience in a business development position/Sales manager role as well as a professional services role for SaaS and/or Enterprise software
• Bachelors / Master's degree in IT or Business
• 3+ years developing and/or supporting software deployments with clients; especially in the operational technology space, such as manufacturing, defense and space, and field service
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, Swedish great if you also manage Finnish.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Strong planning and organizing skills, ability to respond to RFI / RFP
• Innovation skills and vision with a great passion to start and build new business
• Business communication, leadership and project management skills
• Self-directed & Vendor relationship with negotiating skills
• Ability to travel to client sites in Nordic
