RaySearch is advancing cancer treatment through pioneering software. RaySearch has developed and markets the RayStation®* treatment planning system, the oncology information system RayCare®* and the data analytics software RayIntelligence®.

We are looking for a Business Manager for the Nordics and eastern Europe market with full responsibility for sales in the region.

About the position

As the Business Manger for the Nordics you are responsible for all sales and marketing activities and customer relations for the Nordic market. In addition to the Nordics the right candidate will also have the opportunity to work closely with existing distributors primarily in eastern Europe as well as exploring new markets including developing and executing successful entry strategies. The Nordics is at present a successful market for RaySearch with outstanding references but still with significant possibilities for further growth. The position covers all RaySearch products.

This is a full-time position located at the headquarter in Stockholm, travel should be expected.

You will mainly work with

• Identifying customer leads, performing/arranging on-site demonstrations, understanding of customer needs, producing quotes, responding to tenders, negotiating offers and final closing of deals
• Taking the role as key account manager for reference clinics
• Implement and maintain full documentations about all customers and opportunities in the CRM system
• Developing and executing marketing activities in the region together with the marketing department
• Attend national meetings/shows to develop visibility and pipeline
• Support and work closely with distributors
• Business development in collaboration with Marketing department, Development department and Senior Management to further strengthen value proposition and efficient processes
• Responsible for creating and executing sales and marketing activities in accordance with existing budget constraints.
• Fulfill sales and service revenue targets

Your profile

You must be capable of handling many requests and tasks at once and have the ability to prioritize your work. You must be used to working proactively and taking initiatives and enjoy cross-functional collaboration and team work.

Qualifications & experience

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. university degree in relevant field
• Experience of sales processes and CRM systems
• Experience of customer service and direct customer communication
• Experience from medical device industry, particularly the fields of oncology and radiation therapy
• High degree of autonomy and sales drive
• Willingness to travel

Meriting

• Experience of delivering software solutions within cancer care
• Understanding and experience of clinical workflows
• Understanding of software development and installation processes
