Within Nexer Global Works, we are working towards making the world bigger and smaller at the same time. We are doing this through helping companies put together expert competence within distributed teams. We deliver from own companies in India, Poland, Czech Republic, Colombia, Brazil, and Ukraine. We combine this with Nexer' s delivery capacity in Sweden, Finland, Germany, and UK. We are now looking for a sales driven person to join Nexer Global Works. You will be a part of the Business Unit Global Delivery where we see that you are located primarily in Stockholm, but we are open for other locations as well. This is a unique sales position where you will be expanding and developing Nexer's international offerings and deliveries. Together we innovate, create value, provide excellent deliveries, and contribute to a promising future based on the latest technologies.

What is your role?

You will be targeting companies where you will offer and develop new and current global near- and offshore deliveries. You will cooperate tight with our local hubs stretching from Asia to South America with high focus on creating value. Through prospecting, approaching, and creating strong relations, you will grow our portfolio within Nexer's international operation. You will have colleagues nationally as well as internationally to support you in making this happen.

You are an expert in closing deals and at the same time you look for new business opportunities. We want you who always sees new opportunities and who loves to surpass the client's expectations.

You have an outgoing personality, are energetic and driven and you can combine your strategic mindset with key details. You are a person that have a high result focus and business top of mind, but you also thrive from collaborating with colleagues where you all together celebrate and grow the business.

Your background

We see that you have a strong track record and +5 years with successful sales in the Tech area, preferably with international clients. Excellent communication skills and a "people's person" who can build long term relations through trustworthy approach is a must for this position. You can easily navigate between different levels of stakeholders through your open sales approach and good knowledge within your technical skills as well as with your strong business mindset.

We see that you speak fluent English and Swedish and preferably one or more languages. As a person you have experience in traveling to different countries and meeting diverse cultures where you embrace and appreciate the possibilities there is worldwide.
