As a Business Manager you will be working in a team in Låssby and in close cooperation with other functions and other IAC plants, reporting directly to Sr Manager Sales & Business management at IAC Låssby.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Be an engaged business partner to our customers, focusing on business development, collaboration and planning for the future.
• Actively and closely work together with your Manager and Plant Management team to met budgeted commercial roadmap.
• Establish and report on a regular basis an overview of the program(s) financial status to management.
• Manage the financial deliverables of all new, facelift and change programs to budgeted objectives.
• Together with engineering department ensure department VA/VE targets are met and drive plant/customer VA/VE activities to targets agreed with GM 's and Engineering.
• Supports the Program Development Team & Plant for all running changes / introduction life cycle for all financial requirements of the program(s)
• Supports the Program Development Team through the program introduction life cycle for all financial requirements of the program(s).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Program Management, and /or Engineering and/or Business Administration or equivalent job-related experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the automotive industry, ideally in program management with in a suitably / substantially sized regional or global organization.
• Good working knowledge / understanding industry standards & related procedures
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the customer and within IAC
• Adaptability in the location of work including business travel
• Flexibility to change priorities in response to changing program demands
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish & English
