But now we want to be even better! We're looking for a passionate Business Manager for PureVent & Industrial Manager for Engine Power to our Business Unit Marine Separation and Heat Transfer. So, what are you going to do today?

Who you are
Engine Power is part of our important business area as well as marine field. And our PureVent is advanced oil mist cleaning within our environmental Pure portfolio and is a separator system designed to remove oil mist from crank casegas from main engine for marine propulsion and power generation. We are now looking for someone who can take Engine Power and PureVent businesses to the next level. To do that you will need to work close with the market and engine makers to make this a success.
About the jobYou have dual tasks. First one is to manage the business growth of PureVent (crank case gas oil mist cleaning system), you take overall responsibility for PureVent business. The product is stably growing over the years but are still big untapped markets. Second task is the industrial manager for engine power and supports the business of all products of BU MSH for engine power market in collaboration with other business managers.
End-to-end responsibility for the business areaYou are responsible for driving and optimizing the business, including: (PureVent)

Leading the business with the application engineer and other interface incl. sales companies to ensure continues improvement
Business planning where you define product strategies, activity plans etc.
Develop and improve our sales & marketing material and being involved in new developments

(Engine Power)

Maintain the relationship of VIP customers with sales company
Promote all BU MSH products with sales companies and other business managers
Collect market information for engine power business
Find new technology development areas

Further, this is a great international opportunity as the business cover markets all over the world - and you will thus travel approximately 50-70 days a year.
The challenges(PureVent) Your challenge will be to remain application leader within this area and continue to extend our business field to new engine makers, EPC contractors and power plant and ship owners.
(Engine Power) HFO engine power market is mature and how we can differentiate from our competitors and convey our value to the market is challenging but interesting job. The key focus is to know the market demand and support other business managers to expand our business in engine market. Besides, it is important role to take a lead to maintain relationship with several key customers.
Who are you?You probably have a university degree with a technical background and have sales experience in mechanical industry, power generation and/or marine market. Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skils as well as leadership experience are benefit, however a deep motivation to lead other colleagues are essential. Fluency in English is a prerequisite. You thrive in an outgoing role where you reach out to many parts of the organization as well as engage in technical discussions with customers. You have the ability to sell your ideas, and the drive and passion for the business and the products in order to succeed. You are target oriented, work proactive to get results and takes ownership for the business.
