Epiroc Financial Solutions supports Epiroc Group with customer finance, supply chain finance and trade finance. The organization consists globally of a team of 21 dedicated and professional individuals, whereof 12 are based in Sickla, Sweden.
As a Business Manager you will belong to the EMEA team. We are totally 6 colleagues supporting our Customer Centers in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and parts of Latin America with customer finance solutions.
Your Mission
As a Business Manager within the EMEA team you will be managing the customer finance solutions in a selection of markets.
You will structure and prepare financial proposals, perform credit analyses, and present credit applications to the credit committee.
You will have full responsibility for the finance portfolio in your markets, including monitoring and managing of delinquent accounts. Close collaboration with our Customer Centers / Divisions is a must in order to be successful in the role.
Extensive communication with external parties supporting our business, such as EKN, SEK and external banks will also be part of your daily work. Additionally, we expect you to take an active part in various ad-hoc projects and business development activities.
Your profile
For this position we are looking for a person with a university degree in finance, business administration or other relevant higher education.
You will need to have experience from the financial industry and/or an exporting company, and have excellent knowledge in Swedish and English, both verbal and written. Other language skills will be considered a plus.
We further believe that you are a result oriented and customer focused "doer". Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
A flexible "can-do" attitude is important since we are a small organization within a constantly changing environment.
Furthermore, you are able to cooperate with internal as well as external stakeholders on many different levels, and you have the ability to explain and support sometimes complicated decisions.

Location and travel
This position is located in Sickla, Stockholm, Sweden. Occasional travel will be required.
