• Provide inspirational leadership and focus within an evolving matrix organization.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business such as Sales, Product, Marketing, and R&D.
• Develop the strategic roadmap for growing the business
• Keep strengthening valuable relationships with global and local Operators who are key delivery partners
• Play a lead role in managing the finances and deliver metrics and objectives aligned with operator clients
• Work with Telavox leadership to continue analyzing and understanding the technology and client landscape.
• Look to the broader competitive landscape in defining expansion plans
• Represent the business at the highest levels of customer organizations, and to the market at large, including events and conferences.
About you
• Experienced leader with experience in driving commercial excellence with operational delivery in a high growth/at-scale environment ideally within the Telecommunications and/or SaaS industry.
• Commercially astute - experience in Sales or KAM positions
• Experience in building sustainable relationships with key partners and market influencers.
• Highly analytical approach to the development of commercial growth
• Strong performance management delivery
• Demonstrate ability and track record of bringing energy, vision, and motivation to a business
• First-class communication skills, able to inspire and win college and stakeholders' commitment
