hela Sverige As Business Manager you will work in close cooperation with our Country Organization's sales and delivery functions as well as with our end customers. To understand the market requirements and how to package the services is key to offer a relevant and competitive offering. You will also support the sales and marketing functions in all parts of the sales process. Analyzing the business, working with continuous improvement from a business perspective and produce supporting business cases for future strategies will lie within your responsibilities.
Main responsibilities
Define and package Sectra's service offering.
Market Analysis and Requirement gathering.
Supporting the Sales Organization in sales and marketing.
Defining Service levels.
Contract management.
Business Analysis.
Sales- and Pre-Sales Process support.
For this position, the following requirements apply:
University Degree with good grades.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Market knowledge.
Customer focused.
Experience from Sales.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proven communication skills.
Ability to travel.
Assets
In addition, we consider it an asset if you also have:
Previous experience in product management.
Previous experience from working with Cloud Services.
Good technical understanding.
Degree in Business Administration.
Fluency in other languages than those mentioned above (please tell us which languages).
A background in, or experience from, a country other than Sweden.
