Your mission
In this position, you lead the Rock Tools business within our Northern European sales area. You're responsible for driving strategy and profitability and growth in your line of business. You build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver value and work closely with internal stakeholders - from sales teams and account managers to product and pricing managers.
As a key member of the Sales Area Management team, you contribute to broader business decisions and strategy. Your role includes strategy implementation, managing sales performance, developing business plans, supporting application development and ensuring compliance with high EHS standards. You also lead one direct report and collaborate with cross-functional teams both across the region and globally.
You report to the Sales Area Vice President. The location for this position is flexible between our main locations in Sweden, Finland, Poland or Germany and allows for a hybrid schedule where you can combine office and remote work. Travel up to 50% within the sales area is included.
Your profile
You bring a master's degree in engineering, business or economics, along with several years' experience in sales management. You've worked in complex cross-functional environments - ideally in mining or construction - and you're confident in driving sales strategies, managing customer relationships and leading teams in a matrix organization. You understand the full customer value chain and have experience with budgeting, forecasting and contract development. Fluency in English is essential, while skills in other European languages and cultural skills are beneficial.
You're a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for developing people. Leading by example, promoting safety and sustainability and thriving in a collaborative environment are traits that define you. You demonstrate self-awareness, actively seek feedback, and are committed to growing both personally and professionally. You know how to motivate teams, build trust and drive results through others. Most importantly, you're a team player who's ready to contribute to our shared success.
