In the ever changing world - capabilities to give frequent iterations with fast feedback loops is the key for getting speed and flexibility in the development of new solutions. The CI-machine is the key enabler for this! Simplified you can say, that we work to make the world better!
Today many companies implement Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for their software development. Some have also succeeded to implement it for both software and hardware for a specific product platform. Our task is to create an automated pipeline - integration as a service - so that a designer can Build, Configure and Trigger relevant tests - for both software and hardware, for the complete Scania modular system.
This we will be cutting edge!! And when we succeed we will be in a position that gives Scania and the other brands in our group a super chance to succeed in developing sustainable solutions with World class Speed and Flexibility!
Who are you?
Are you skilled at connecting the dots, while at the same time able to discern the important details and the nuances that follow from those details? Do you have the ability to process large quantities of complex information and convert it into easily comprehensible key take-aways? Do you have a strong intuition, combined with a willingness to follow it up through systematic observations and studies?
We are looking for a Business IT Analyst who can easily understand interactions and dependencies between processes, information structures and IT systems. The person we are looking for is also a skilled communicator who can adjust her or his message to the intended audience, as the stakeholders involved act on varying abstraction levels and domains.
As a person, we believe that you have a go-getter mentality and are motivated by working with matters that have previously been regarded as impossible or too far-fetched.
Your main responsibilities will include
• leading business needs studies, process mapping and requirement management, spanning from business to IT-implementation
• taking part in developing technical solutions and continuously verifying that these are in accordance with the requirements at hand
Desired knowledge & experiences:
• Product development, both hardware and software design (regardless of brand)
• Product Data Management-systems, such as Scania's OAS, Catia etc.
• Agile way of working; having probing mindset, working with minimum viable product, customer co-creation and collaboration, Scaled Agile Framework
• Cooperation among different brands within Traton
