The central Process and IT function within Financial Services today consist of 7 people. The function has been built up from 2010 and our goal is to make sure that IT supports the common processes in the best possible and economical way. You will be joining a team with high spirit and service orientation towards subsidiaries. We are located together with the Global Management for Financial Services, in Södertälje.
Job Description
Scania Financial Services has chosen Axapta as preferred supplier for General ledger. In order to support and secure each Axapta implementation according to local needs there is a need for project management. As a Business IT Analyst you will focus on support and coordination of implementations, work with change management and maintenance of both local and common business needs. This involves understanding possibilities and restrictions when defining solutions in Axapta. In this position you will be reporting to the Head of IT and Process.
You will also be responsible to:
Act as one out of two project leaders from headquarter in the Axapta & CFM implementations according to the roadmap
Actively work to develop and drive the maintenance and support for Axapta
Run minor assignments within ITJob requirements
We are looking for someone with a passion for IT and business support solutions, wanting to contribute to our further development in this area You have a degree in IS/IT/Process development or have acquired this knowledge in your profession.
Your skills and/or qualities should preferably include: .Very good Axapta skills to be able to understand and translate business needs into solutions in the common system setup
Good understanding of accounting preferably within financial services
Project Management skills to take headquarter responsibility in the Axapta implementation
Broad knowledge within IT
Broad experience from working with requirements (functional and none functional)
Experience in bridging the gap between the business need and the system ability.
Leasing, financing and insurance business knowledge is a plus
As a person you are structured, have quality in focus, analytical and result oriented. You need to act proactively in the contacts with local finance companies, and have the ability to communicate, and negotiate for central IT initiatives. The job offers plenty of international contacts both with our finance companies as well as software suppliers and external regulatory units. This of course requires high interpersonal skills as well as fluency in English. This also means that you will be expected to travel from time to time.
