hela Sverige Scania genomgår nu en transformation från att vara en leverantör av lastbilar, bussar och motorer till en leverantör av kompletta och hållbara transportlösningar.As a Business IT Analyst at Scania's Digital Office, you will play a critical role in supporting departments within Industrial Operations by enabling information, ensuring digital trust, promoting data-driven decision making, protecting privacy and maintaining information security. The Digital Office is responsible for providing digital solutions and support to the entire Scania organization globally.
As the Business IT Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing stakeholder needs, prioritizing them, and breaking them down into workable packages for vendors. You will also contribute to the development of Scania's LPM IT landscape, connect the solution architecture surrounding it, and jointly set the roadmap of the AS-IS solution. Additionally, you will set a product roadmap for all systems in the portfolio, including time reporting and financial systems.
Responsibilities
• Analyze stakeholder needs, prioritize and break them down into concrete work packages for vendors to understand
• Contribute to the development of the Scania LPM IT Landscape and connect the solution architecture surrounding it to jointly set the roadmap of the AS-IS solution
• Set a product roadmap for all systems in the portfolio
• Work cross-functionally and cross-organizationally to understand PPS, Product Development, Time and Financial Management, and Agreement methods
• Establish a broad cross-functional network where collaboration is the key to success
• Develop documentation for technical instructions and guidelines
• Present work results to stakeholders
• Balance organizational, strategic and operational needs for the solution methods and tools, and set priorities for vendors on several solutions, ranging from time reporting to financial systems
Your profile
• Knowledge and practical experience in requirement work in product development projects
• Experience in Scania or large organizations is meritorious, but not a must
• Experience in related industries such as train, aviation, medical, etc. is of high value
• Curious and truly interested in other people's opinions to understand the needs of different roles
• Values collaborations and has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good skills in presenting work results to stakeholders and documenting technical instructions and guidelines
• Acts with integrity and takes responsibility for what they do
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
