Your Future
• Effectively and proactively communicate quantitative findings (storytelling with data), make and defend meaningful conclusions and recommendations, and identify and interpret trends and relationships to product and business stakeholders
• Design and perform detailed analyses to help deepen understanding of customer activity across all digital platforms, including mobile apps, mobile web and desktop.
• Techniques may include statistical analyses, mathematical models (conversions, churn, and retention), experiments (A/B testing), optimization, data mining, predictive analytics, data investigation, visualization, and reporting.
• Be creative in finding quick-win (low-hanging fruits) typed business development projects with data analysis and lead those projects while collaborating with other departments
• Create, schedule and automate reports using tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, BigQuery and MsSQL
• Use your mathematical, statistical and programmatic knowledge to search, analyze, and model in order to forecast the traffic and the sales
• Work closely with the top management at NA-KD
Your Past & Your Skills
• You have good knowledge on BigQuery, MsSQL, Google Analytics, Python and report automation in general
• You have high competency in Microsoft Office apps is a must
• +4 years of experience in the fashion e-commerce sector is a must
• You have experience in deriving insights through data mining
• It is a big plus if you have experience working with the management team, technology, planning, purchasing, sales and marketing departments
• It is a big plus if you have been the product owner of A/B testing (formulating new ideas, maintaining the schedule, testing & debugging, analysing the results)
• You have a go-getter attitude with the ability to come up with new ideas and execute rapidly
• You are team-oriented, proactive, service minded, and has great communication skills
• You are fluent in business English, both speaking and in writing
