Assignment:
The role as Business Intelligence Leader within the IKEA BUSINESS team is to create a knowledgebase for IKEA about the B2B market, customers, competition and other relevant stakeholders. You will be responsible to collect all needed information and explore future business opportunities to enable IKEA to target business customers.
Tasks and responsibilities within assignments:
• Responsible for the development and implementation of market research and relationship to business intelligence and external consultants related to the B2B market
• Responsible for all briefing processes for IKEA BUSINESS to Business Intelligence and external consultants in close cooperation with the Global team
• Responsible to analyse customer and market data to support decision making process, compiles and deliver business intelligence reports to relevant end users and prepare presentations
• Responsible to establish a structured way to collect business customer data and insides and build up an internal knowledge database
• Contribute to all initiatives and projects within the IKEA BUSINESS team with valid data and information professional way
• Be an active partner, coach and facilitator for the IKEA BUSINESS strategic approach
