We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Group Lead.
About the job
As our BI Group Lead you play a crucial part in challenging our Business and Group IT in evolving and consuming analytics, fostering a data culture. You will align, harmonize and implement BI strategies to optimize decision-making processes within the organization. Moreover, you will modernize 'how we work' with analytics and making us a more data driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
Advise and challenge business in building analytic domain applications in Powerbi.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver actionable insights.
Lead the BI & Analytic Network and advising business in governance and prioritizing.
Oversee the design and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reports.
Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility across the organization.
Stay updated of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Support the group in driving the change towards Husqvarna Groups mission to transform into a data driven organization, incl change management.
Relevant background
To succeed in this role it is important that you have a curious and creative mindset with the ability to see opportunities and find new ways to solve problems. You know how to build trust, engage and effectively communicate with key stakeholders. You will support stakeholders with a wide range of readiness within digitalization and it is therefore crucial that you have a prestige less approach.
3-5 years working experience within visualization and Data Warehousing
Experience from full-stack Microsoft BI development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
An educational background within Computer Science, Finance, Statistics or other relevant field
Location preferred: Stockholm or Huskvarna
