NYX Gaming Group is an international public company with corporate headquarters located in Las Vegas and with development centers in Stockholm and Sydney.
What we do
The Business Intelligence & Analytics team is a group wide function serving all business areas. The unit is providing the organization with reporting, analytics and strategic advice. We work with huge amounts of data, mainly stored in SQL Server and MySQL databases. Our ETL framework is being built in .Net and combines both internal and external data sources. To deliver insights and dashboards we work with Microsoft Reporting Services and QlikView.
Now we need to strengthen our team with a Business Intelligence Engineer ? a dedicated person to become responsible for the BI technical infrastructure.

We are looking for a candidate with broad technical knowledge and an open mind. We need a generalist that can be hands-on as well as strategic at the same time. Being able to understand the business and how we as a BI team can be supportive is vital. With data being our core we believe that you have a great interest in databases and its uses.
You will have to take an active part in building our new ETL framework as well as being an instrumental part in our ambition to improve our delivery methods.
Must haves include:
• Good SQL knowledge
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server
• Programming in .Net or similar
• General knowledge of networks and infrastructure
• Degree in Systems Information or closely related field or equal experience
• 1-5 years of work experience
The awe factor
• Experience in SSRS and SSIS
• Experience from screen scraping
• Experience from working with Hangfire
• Web development
• Understanding of the gambling industry
