We are looking for a Business Intelligence Director to build up the Business Intelligence Department at NA-KD. This new department will support all departments at NA-KD and have the main responsibility of the global commerciality at NA-KD. The position is based in our Gothenburg head quarters.
Responsibilities
• Build up the Business Intelligence Department on NA-KD
• As leader of the new Business Intelligence Department support all internal stakeholders with an extended focus on customer acquisition, retention, segmentation and personalization.
• In close co-operation with purchase and design as well as the online merchandisers optimize the assortment and conversion ongoing.
• Set and ensure delivery on on performancetargets together with the upcoming team of analyzers.
Qualifications and prior experience
• Outstanding academic credentials, including a degree from a top institution.
• 7+ years of business experience within our specific industry
• Global or multi-national business experience.
• A proven long record of accomplishment delivering high impact results and leading large-scale cross-functional projects in a fast growing company.
• Youhave a proven track record inefficientlyengaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Superior analytical skills, including the ability to derive the business implications from numbers and analysis.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• You are competitive, ambitious, passionate and a performance driven professional that has a deepunderstanding of what it takes tobe a topperformer in our industry.
• You are an experienced leader whom motivates and energisesyour team.
