We are looking for an analytical and driven person to join our Business Performance Management team (Business Controllers) Telenor is rapidly heading towards a digital and data driven future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference.
What you 'll do
Business Performance management consists of four groups with focus on Consumer & Channels, Business, Network/IT and Operation & Development. The Operation & Development team is a central unit responsible for simplifying the Way of Work for our business controllers by developing tools, reports and improving processes. The Operations & Development team also support the organization in financial analysis and key business recommendations.
The demand of data is increasing every day and to be as data-driven as possible the Business Performance Management team needs to support the organization with real-time-data. As Business Intelligence Controller, you will be responsible for developing self-service tools and dashboard to increase efficiency and speed in the organization. You will work in a close collaboration with the Analytics team and the business controllers.
You will develop and maintain ERP systems and BI-tools and play an important role in improving our information model. The ambition is to ensure that we have the right information, at the right time, to the right people.
Who you are
To be successful in role as Business Intelligence controller we believe that you have an excellent understanding of Financial data structure and financial drivers. You are experienced in BI-tools such as Qlik sense or Power BI and have a big interest in technology and tools. You have strong communication skills and are used in working towards different stakeholders in an organization. You are structured and self-driven with a hands-on attitude.
