This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical professional to work at the intersection of commercial strategy, market intelligence, customer analytics, and business performance. The role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders across local Commercial, Marketing, Medical, Finance, and regional and global teams to deliver actionable insights that support growth, enhanced customer engagement, and strategic decision-making.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market, customer, and competitive data to identify opportunities and trends that inform business strategy. The role will lead the development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting solutions, and centralized data platforms that provide stakeholders with timely and meaningful insights. In addition, the position will support product launches, sales force effectiveness initiatives, omnichannel performance analysis, and forecasting activities through advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
Acting as MSD Sweden's local Data & Analytics point of contact, the successful candidate will drive the adoption of analytics capabilities and help build data literacy across the organization. The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in business intelligence and visualization tools, and the ability to communicate complex findings to a diverse range of stakeholders.
Success in this position will depend on the ability to lead complex projects, influence cross-functional teams, and translate data into actionable recommendations that support MSD Sweden's commercial and organizational objectives.
