ABOUT THE ROLE
Benify cooperates with hundreds of companies within benefit areas such as wellness, private healthcare, company cars, computer glasses and education, and in our client base, you will find some of the largest and most renowned companies in Sweden as well as globally. You will be part of a team focusing on creating a base for data-driven decision-making, presenting groundbreaking insights where Benify will be thought leaders within the area of Compensation & Benefits, and developing the business by optimizing the product and processes.
Your main task is to support our global organization with your expertise. You will belong to the BI Team which is placed under Benify's Operations department but will collaborate closely with main functions within Benify, such as Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Client Relations and Finance.
In this role, you will e.g.
• Provide accurate data, insights and analysis for decision makers and stakeholders
• Create reports and dashboards for different functions within the company, both in Sweden and globally
• Present and visualize results in a clear and concise way to senior management and external partners for decision making
• Run your own projects and participate in other projects within the organization
• Perform ad-hoc analysis - assist and resolve requests from the business (i.e. analyzing A/B tests, results of digital marketing campaigns, etc.)
• Be given the opportunity to work independently and take responsibility for your work.
• Educate the organization in BI and the usage of Big Data and how they best utilize BI tools
WHO ARE YOU?
The right candidate has previous experience from a similar role, where you have been analyzing large amounts of data and worked closely with BI Developers. You are analytical, with a natural talent for logical thinking and problem-solving. You have a business mindset and can see the benefit of backing up decisions with evidence from data. You have a passion for quantitative analysis and the ability to draw business insights that provides real value to the organization. You like to take on complex tasks, rather call them challenges, and are creative and fearless on your way to find the answers. You have high integrity and enjoy having a role with a lot of transparency in the business.
We also see that you have:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or comparable, or within Industrial Engineering and Management or Business Administration with a genuine interest in IT
• At least 2 years of experience from a similar role
• Fluent knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing
• Strong presentation skills (and are a comfortable user of PowerPoint)
• Strong Excel skills (preferably with VBA programming)
• Good knowledge of database management and SQL
• Previous experience from working with BI tools, e.g. QlikView or Qlik Sense
Meritorious is also:
• Previous experience in NPrinting
• Knowledge in Google Analytics
• Knowledge in statistical analysis

The role will include some international travelling.
