Business Integration Supervisor! Interimsroll med chans till anställning!
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible from several internal sales portals like Sales cloud and Deal portal.
Power user in these systems and responsible from systemizing sales processes with focus on increasing effectivity.
Responsible from doing gap analysis, follow up with internal stakeholders, testing and implementation.
Responsible from giving workshop/presentations to sales organization to help them to use the systems effectively.
Responsible from integrating customer 's systems to the internal systems of the company for better collaboration and improve daily sales and claim operations.
Having internal and external meetings to drive business integration is also key point in this position.
Analyze, identify and implement process improvements within different business processes by sales divisions and customer.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & JOB SCOPE:
(The areas of the job against which performance is going to be measured and the end result, if possible.)
Analyze, map and improve the process from customer contract to compensation by considering contractual terms, order history, sales volume and old/new price lists in accordance with company guidelines.
Power user for the following processes and systems: Deal portal, Sales cloud, Pricing, customer sell out reporting.
Identify opportunities for improvement and process development in tight cooperation with all liaisons. Analyze, identify and implement process improvements within business processes mentioned above by sales divisions and customer.
Analyze different kinds of data to improve and support daily operation. Secure high level of accuracy (quality) in above systems mentioned.
Develop and maintain good customer relations and pro-actively drive improvement of business process with customers through workshops and meetings.
Drive and coordinate new projects with all liaisons in a positive and constructive manner.
LIAISONS:
(Who are the key people the job holder needs to liaise with regularly?)
External Customers, Sales Managers, KAMs and Sales Representatives,
Business controller, Regional HQ Order, Desk Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(Education & courses etc)
University degree in business management or IT technology (or equivalent)
EXPERIENCE:
Business analyst experience (2 years)
ERP system experience, preferably from SAPSAP FI and preferably sales flow experienceAnalytical experience
SKILLS
Strong analytical skills, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
English both written and spoken (high level)
Flexible and manage to prioritize
Self-driven who take own initiatives
Excellent problem solving skills
Knowledge in other Nordic language
