We are looking for a Business Improvement Manager for our Stockholm facility
Your Role
In the role as Business Improvement Manager for our RCS- division (Rail Control Solutions) you will support and guide the Application Engineering team towards becoming a ?self assessed? and project driven function that uses lessons learned and customer feed-back as inputs for continuous improvements.
Your Challenges
• Manage and support the function to meet Bombardiers process requirements as well as Bombardiers governance process requirements
• Analyze and evaluate costs and customer satisfaction
• Plan and conduct internal quality and technical safety audits
Your Experience and Qualifications
To succeed in this role you need to fulfill the following criteria's:
• Technical education and background
• At least three years experience from a similar role
• Quality management competence
• Competence to conduct internal audits (examined Auditor)
• Project management knowledge
• Good command of the English language
It?s an advantage if you have experience from the railway/signaling industry.
As a person you need to be a strong leader with the ability to motivate others. You also need to have a high sense of integrity and loyalty and have a methodical and proactive approach.
