Job description
As a Business financial controller you’ll be working with full participation in the Lead to Cash (LTC) process, and provide professional financial solutions by integrating financial factors at the pre-sales stage and effectively communicating with customers to promote sales and mitigate financial risks. You’ll have the following responsibilities:
• Deep involvement in Lead to Cash (LTC) process, provide financial solutions, effectively support project decision making
• Build customer financial relationships, interpret the customer's financial pain points and strategies to promote the development of trading strategies, risk control for clients
• Customer account end to end business performance management, responsible for business KPI with account director
• Organize Account department internal control and risk management
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• University Degree in Economics
• Master the skills in accounting, financial management, taxation, finance, trade, and economics
• Able to use these skills and knowledge to analyze and comply with the local requirements and instruct daily work
• Able to use ERP and common office software skillfully
• Possess a good sense of risk; able to establish a relatively complete internal control system according to actual business and perfect it by regular self-examination
• Able to predict emergent events or new business, to get ready in advance and to handle them properly by deploying resources
• Possess a good sense of cost control; able to establish an effective cost control mechanism and push the implementation forward; submit problems to the upper-level department
• To meet audit requirements and control internal policy
It’s an advantage if you have the ability to handle various internal and external financial businesses independently.
For this position it’s important for you to be well organized with a good sense of order.
