We are looking for new colleagues to the Global Accounting team based in Stockholm. If you are interested in working as a Global Business Expert for Accounting, helping develop our accounting solutions and getting the opportunity to influence ways of working within accounting - this is the right position for you!
We are currently looking for team members to our Business Support- and Project team.
Our Business support ensures that super users around the Globe works in the most efficient way, drives and implements required solution changes and provides first class system training.
The Project team focuses on execution of business development initiatives. This includes replacement of the core Accounting, Stock and Supply chain systems as well as exploring and testing new business initiatives that will affect the H&M groups accounting.
The common denominator for both teams is that we serve as a link and translator between Accounting and Central IT. We manage to explain complexity in a simple way combining excellent accounting, process and system skills.
Your responsibilities regardless of team
• Work closely with Central and Local Accounting to ensure that H&M's Global Accounting requirements are covered in our system solutions.
• Act as an efficient business partner to IT, Sales, Logistics and New business initiatives.
• Develop our common ways of working and secure a smooth implementation.
• Drive all changes in a structured and methodical way.
Your skills regardless of team
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a sales-minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Your personal qualities also include:
• University degree within Accounting and Finance (or similar)
• The role is wide and requires 2-7 years of relevant working experience depending on placement
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience from accounting process flows from a system perspective
• A genuine interest in supporting and helping others
• Fluent in English, both in speech and writing
• Good MS office skills, as design improvements need to be documented and presented
• Retail working experience is an advantage
We offer a challenging role with the opportunity to influence the ways of working within Accounting. You will be given a lot of responsibility from day 1 and you will be working in teams with experienced accounting experts, controllers and application experts.
