Job Description

As a Business Expert, you will be a part of one of our Core Human Capital Management (Core HCM) product teams. You will be working in a new product that focuses on supporting and driving the operational & transactional side of people management processes using primarily SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the main global HR system. Core HCM is, in our context, defined as strategic, tactical, and operational solutions used in managing the traditionally non-Talent Management related employee lifecycle processes & data sets.
You will join a highly motivated team, consisting of both HR and Engineering colleagues with the mission to empower our colleagues to be productive and successful with a loved HR core solution. Together with the team, you have end-to-end responsibility for H&M Group's global Core HCM product, from assisting with process engineering & gap-filling to product ideation, implementation and beyond.
Responsibilities
As a Business Expert you will be in the center of the action where product meets business. You will work closely with HR collaboration partners across the organization to inspire, co-define and co-create best-in-class solutions as well as inspire our HR and people leaders to fully adopt tools, platforms and features that empowers them in all HR Core Processes. You will also be a key player in identifying new products, platforms and features so there can be continuous improvements. Furthermore, you will:
Support the definition & implementation of employee lifecycle process engineering such as Employee Moves, Leave of Absence, Exits, Onboarding/Offboarding, Changing Employment Terms etc
Develop a deep understanding of HR collaboration partners' needs using your experience, data, and user research
Measure and follow up on the products' impact & value realization
Lead procurement processes in close collaboration with Commercial and Legal teams

Qualifications

We believe you can navigate and build relationships up, down and across the organization as well as manage expectations with stakeholders. You can tackle strategy as well as day-to-day execution, pay attention to details and is a great problem-solver. You are innovative, curious, have a willingness to learn and are a team player. Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for Core HR processes and HR technology.
Furthermore, we believe you have:
Several years of experience of working with HR Processes (such as Employee Moves, Leave of Absence, Exits, Onboarding/Offboarding, Changing Employment Terms etc) preferably in a global context
Experience from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar global HR systems
Experience of identifying and analyzing stakeholder needs
An education in Human Resource Management or Engineering that would fit the role, or equivalent practical experience
Great communication skills in English
It's highly desirable if you have experience of working with procurement processes and the Agile methodology
