Job Description
Online Orders in Store lies under the product area Inventory Optimization, which is a part of the Customer Fulfillment domain. Inventory Optimization's mission is to make all our inventory available to our customers in both the most profitable and sustainable way possible.
The Online Order in Store (OOIS) team offers convenient in-store delivery options and an inspiring omni-customer experience. We work primarily with H&M's Click & Collect product - online orders are delivered to brick-and-mortar stores where they are picked up by the customer either through our staff or from a locker. This is a highly prioritized, omni-product which H&M is rapidly launching throughout the world. We are making an impact, and having fun while doing it!
As a team, we are always innovating and looking to expand our product and features based on our customers' needs. We are a supportive, group with a mix of expertise and a can-do attitude. We are working agile and with DevOps so tasks and responsibilities may vary as determined by our key objectives as well as the needs of the product and the team.
About the role
As Business Expert (BE) you will work with H&M Group's markets and brands to rollout Click & Collect (C&C) and other OOIS products, support our C&C markets with global best practices which you will also develop, and work with product innovation in an agile team. You are structured, goal driven and able to lead through influence. You are business minded and have a passion for our customers and their needs. This is a highly collaborative position, having a positive attitude and good people skills are key.
We are looking for someone who's able to go beyond the traditional BE role. While still being an excellent Business Expert, you should also be comfortable performing Data Analyst tasks.
You are interested and competent in gathering and structuring data enabling us to innovate and continuously develop our product through making data-driven decisions. Data analysis will be a big part of the role.
We currently use Power BI to follow up on our KPI's, and while you will own this tool, you will also have the freedom to explore and introduce other relevant data sources and tools. You will also own our Customer Survey and help to identify actionable insights and to improve the survey response rate over time.
Your responsibilities include:
Planning and running rollout and expansion activities within the product
Planning, executing and following up pilots and AB testing of new features and spin-off products
Supporting and collaborating with other product teams
Conducting a structured way of working and quickly prioritizing what needs to be done based on business needs and potential impact
Creating best practices and training material as well as training market representatives and product users, using as a base reference the Global Store Operations Best Practices
Coordinating with business stakeholders, both on a global and regional level and with all our local markets and brands
Preparing for and actively participating in agile ceremonies
Maintaining, operating and improving our KPI tools and customer behavior follow-up
Creating dashboards and reports as needed
Gathering intel and analyzing KPI's, customer input and behaviors to deliver actionable insights
Setting KPI's Guidelines/ Goals as a reference for following up and improving performance, ensuring developments and comparability between Markets and improvement of our Product impact for both business and customer experience.
Maintaining and improving our C&C customer survey
Supporting maintenance and DevOps

Qualifications
Mandatory requirements:
Proven business and process orientation and mindset
Problem solver who is proactive and self-starting
Ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it through effective and powerful communication
Ability to lead and manage stakeholder management
Proven ability to create training materials, execute training and to gather best practices
Analytical mind-set
Knowledge in the Microsoft 365 package - especially PowerPoint
Power BI and SQL skills
Retail experience
Scrum or other agile methodology(ies)

Qualifying requirements:
It is highly beneficial if you have experience working in a retail store - as a Store Manager or Department Manager

Chattermill
