Do you want to be a part of the ground-breaking work to help the H&M group move towards being a more inclusive and diverse workplace? Are you business oriented, flexible and structured? If the answer is "YES" then we might have something for you! We are looking for a Business Expert to the Sustainability function within Business Tech!
In January 2018 our CEO appointed an expert and business lead within the work regarding Inclusion & Diversity. Ever since, a team of internal and external experts have worked together with the rest of the organization, to co-create awareness within this topic as a first step of becoming a game changer within the retail industry. The Inclusion & Diversity work will therefore be a prioritized topic for the organization for many years to come.
About the role

Your main objective as a Business Expert is to ensure that the inclusion and diversity work is in line with the overall need and vision for our organization. This will be done by identifying, driving and implementing both long and short term initiatives as well as driving continuous improvements in ways of working.
Your project leading skills are matchless, and you will be planning, structuring and leading several strategic projects moving forward. You know where to look for, and how to document and analyze quantitative and qualitative data collected through different systems.
You are a strong communicator, and you are not afraid of sharing your knowledge by planning and facilitating workshops within the area of inclusion and diversity. We believe you can identify needs for both the business and the people in it, and you are willing to work with different stakeholders to make things happen.
To be successful in the role we believe you have/are:
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Project leading experience
A structured and organized way of working
Analytical and reflective capabilities
Self-motivated - being able to work in teams as well as independently
Experience from working in an international and cross functional environment
The ability to communicate in a simple and straight forward way
Internal network and knowledge about the organizational structure is valuable
