Job Description
This is a great opportunity for current Business Experts and for those who want to take their career to new heights. You will be working as a Business Expert to Strengthen our Store Visual Merchandising Components area which is under Store Components within the Consumer & Sales Unit at Business Tech.
About the Product Area - Store Visual Merchandising Components.

Store VM Component's objective is to deliver tech solutions that create efficient VM planning methods and processes, consuming and providing data as well as enabling our physical store colleagues to make data-informed commercial decisions. We do this through creating and building holistic strategies, fueled by tech and innovation enabled through our global network of tech talents, global functions, regional and sales market teams as well as our in-store colleagues. Today we have two main products within Store VM Components that you will be working closely with; VM Planning & Curation and Signs In Store.
Role Overview:
As a Business Expert within Store VM Components you will be the main bridge between business and tech. Therefore, we believe you should have good knowledge and experience of the operational tasks that take place in our store within the role as a Visual Merchandiser. You need to be able to multitask balancing operational and strategical strategies alongside day-to-day developments and questions. As well as the above you will work closely in the scrum team working with the agile methodologies. You will support and work alongside BT colleagues including software engineers, data architects, UX & UI designers as well as closely collaborating with Retail, Retail Tech, Value Streams and BU's amongst other functions. Our main responsibility as a team is to create the most relevant, user-friendly tech solution for our colleagues. With all this in mind active communication, stakeholder management and prioritization are crucial to success in the role.

Responsibilities:
Support with the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, taking into consideration the evolving landscape of user expectations.
Champion the product vision, presenting it compellingly to stakeholders and internal/external audiences.
Drive and support with business case creation and validation. Ensuring we have relevant tools implemented and set up to follow KPI's validating the business cases and communicating results with stakeholders.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvements for our existing products and how we can make them even more efficient to meet the future needs of our stores.
Supporting product development team with creating and developing product stories, backlog prioritization, UX & UI developments and product testing.
Close collaboration with Retail, Retail Tech, Value Streams and BUs amongst other functions ensuring vision and products align within brand strategy, business and user needs.
Researching and staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Store VM Components to capture opportunities and recommend enhancements to our existing solutions.

That you can tackle strategy and day-to-day execution and have a roll up your sleeves attitude. Attention to detail is key and we believe you have great problem-solving skills. You are innovative, curious, have a willingness to learn and are a team player.
Visual Merchandising, Business Development, Operations or Merchandising background.
Project management, product management or business development experience or exposure.
Ability to understand end to end strategies, roadmaps and KPI's to support delivery and iteration of products.
Capable of gathering, analyzing, understanding user and business needs and understanding the impact against product backlog and product team.
Ability to clearly express the connections between larger business goals and small backlog items for team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
