We are looking for a Business Excellence Manager that will play a key role in the company's business and systems transformation. You will do this by leading the company's ERP strategy and driving both business process management and master data structure. It's a strategic initiative and you will work cross the global organization. You will join the Business Excellence & Strategy Execution team, a new team that ensures execution on our strategy, builds our governance model and Project Management Office.
Your days will be filled with:
Together with the organization and the EMT (Executive Management team) work with continuous improvement of Tobii Dynavox's processes, tools and ways of working
Lead the development of how Tobii Dynavox improves its processes together with process owners, including e.g. map current processes, identify improvements and propose automation for efficiency and scaling
Lead the business process management, developing and govern the overall "system of processes"
Identify what master data we need short and long term and support the development and implementation
Drive our master data structure and identify improvements. Set plan and drive short term improvement (in preparation for ERP project).
Build the ERP strategy and roadmap and take a key role in the ERP project by driving the processes and data structure
Train and develop our organization around frameworks, processes and data structure.
Work closely with our management team but also different stakeholders around the organization
We are looking for someone with:
management consulting/inhouse background and with many years of relevant work experience from understanding business process and working in an international, growing context.
You also have:
University degree (MSc or BSc) in business, engineering or similar
Thorough understanding of business processes and the ability to relate them to strategy and business needs.
Strong digital business competence, including data strategies, master data and how to achieve business value from data.
Experience from business management software and system implementations such as ERP
Excellent communications skills - being able to effectively communicate across the organization and convey messages in a pedagogic manner
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Self-starter, taking responsibility and owning accountability
Demonstrated leadership capability and hands on approach
Proficient in English language
