You will join the global Husqvarna Group IT department, Global Information Services (GIS) - and be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking and global team, playing a important part of our business development and innovation.

Our IT department is a global and diverse team with a wide variety of backgrounds, expertise's and perspectives. With more than 200 people in the team we are present almost all over the world.
About the role as Business Engagement Manager:
GIS Husqvarna Forest & Garden Operations is part of Husqvarna Group's Global IT department (GIS). We are responsible for the IT Service and Solutions Delivery towards Husqvarna Division Operations (S&OP, Logistics, Manufacturing and Sourcing). As Business Engagement Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between IT and Husqvarna Forest & Garden Operations, with the purpose to bridge the gap between IT and business.
With your business understanding, you do not only work to ensure that the IT service and solution delivery meets the needs of the business, but also proactively sees how IT can be used to further strengthen the functions within Operations. You drive business development discussions, rooted in a deep understanding of how emerging technologies and operational methodologies should be applied, to generate business value. This contributes to GIS being a true competence partner to the business.
You will:
Establish strong connections within Husqvarna
Tackle incidents promptly
Play a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives
Take lead in overseeing HFG Operations' Portfolio, actively engaging in project Steering Committees and mentoring project managers to success
Be a strategic partner and provide valuable insights into IT's impact on business development, steering a strategy that aligns seamlessly with our organizational goals
Supporting financial processes, including budgeting and meticulous cost control

The Business Engagement Manager - Operations reports directly to the Director IT Services and Solutions Operations.
About you:
Here, you'll lead discussions and to create forums. Therefore, we think that you're good at connecting with people, building relationships and creating those kinds of active forums and discussions. You have the creativity and drive to take initiatives - and you turn ideas into reality.
Feeling the sense of urgency is second nature to you. You don't just understand business needs; you predict them. You're good at connecting with internal stakeholders/customers, understanding their needs and being the bridge that brings solutions to life. Your approach is not just about communication; it's about building relationships that stand the test of time.
Your skills and experience:
Proven knowledge within the Supply Chain Domain (S&OP, Logistics, Manufacturing and/or Sourcing)
Experience from working with digitalization in the Operations area. A big plus if you have also been involved in larger IT-related projects with, for example, system implementations within manufacturing or planning.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related education or experience.
Experience from organizational change management and digital transformation
Experience from working in an international environment
Fluent Swedish and English, both verbally and written
