About the position
Perido is looking for an experienced BI-Analyst to our friends at Frank & Fred, one of Sweden's fastest-growing casino brands, driven by a small but committed team of industry veterans together with a young entrepreneurial mindset. Their journey is defined by smart strategies and constant innovation, keeping them ahead of the competition. This position is placed in their office at Kungsgatan in Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this senior role, your impact on the business will be tangible, and your insights will be key in driving Frank & Freds continuous improvement. It's a chance to become a key player in the company's evolution, shouldering significant responsibility and helping them chart a course towards an even brighter future.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the organization, from product development to customer support, you'll grasp their requirements and proactively come up with innovative solutions. Delving deep into data, you'll be a guiding light towards achieving excellence in everything Frank & Fred do.
More specifically this is what to look forward to:
Independently solve problems, analyze data, and answer questions using Excel/Sheets, SQL, Python, Superset, or any other affordable tool you're proficient with
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs
Work with different teams to define problems, gather requirements, find data, and select the appropriate tool to solve the problem
Identify patterns and trends in data that can help optimize business processes
Be the go-to person for all things data and numbers in the company
Develop and maintain data models to support decision-making
Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity
Your characteristics

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics).
Several years of experience from diving into data, crafting visualizations, and using your analytical chops to support ide-as, make recommendations, and spark action.
Experience of crafting impactful visualizations for presentations, reports, and dashboards.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Meriting
Fluent in Swedish
Contract type and hours
Full-time, permanent employment at Frank & Fred. Start immediately.
