Job DescriptionYou will support business development with market intelligence, strategic analysis, and local business insights.
You will identify and assess new markets, customer segments, growth areas, and business opportunities.
You will analyze market white spots and evaluate their commercial potential.
You will contribute to the development and execution of local business strategies and business plans.
You will translate global priorities into relevant local strategic initiatives.
You will provide local market input that supports broader strategic direction and decision-making.
You will analyze market needs, trends, competitive dynamics, and possible solution areas.
You will support strategic initiatives from early analysis through implementation and follow-up.
You will collaborate closely with business and functional stakeholders to move strategic activities forward.
RequirementsSolid experience in business development, strategic planning, market analysis, business intelligence, or a related area.
Experience identifying and evaluating new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
Strong analytical ability and experience turning complex market information into actionable business recommendations.
Experience supporting or developing business strategies and business plans.
Ability to translate broader strategic objectives into concrete local initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build productive collaboration across functions.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex or specialized business challenges.
A structured, proactive, and commercially oriented way of working.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to haveExperience from an international industrial, technology, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
