As we set our sights on expanding our footprint, redefining our product portfolio, and uncovering new root markets all around the globe.
Your Role
As a business Development Specialist, you will have your primary location in Sandviken Sweden together with the Manager who is also based in Sweden, but the rest of the team is located in Switzerland. In this role you will get to travel about 25% of the time to meet our customers, get to know the industry and be with the team at the office in Lucerne, Switzerland.
The primary tasks for this role:
• Be a market Pioneer and uncover new markets.
• Reshaping our product offerings, adapting to market demands, new industry segments and staying ahead of the competition.
• Venture into uncharted territories, discovering new root markets and establishing our presence where it truly matters.
• See Alleimas strategy for the future and see sustainable new areas.
• Be the project leader and drive improvements.
About You
We are looking for you who have a bachelor's engineering degree in economics or marketing, or previous experience that is considered equivalent. In addition to sales experience and working with distribution of stainless steel products in your previous roles, experience from the steel industry or, alternatively, training in materials science with a focus on steel, is meritorious in this process. In this position it is important that you can communicate in English both written and spoken and it's meritorious if you can communicate in Swedish as we are located in Sweden. German is also meritorious for this position. You are expected to have a valid work permit in Sweden at the time of your application.
