This is how you could make an impact
You will represent the Industrial Aftermarket, or Service Market as we call it, in the Business Development of the servitization journey. You will be part of a team with the responsibilities to build business models and create attractive customer offers. From early phases of discovery of opportunities in developing sales, services, and solutions. This will be done in close collaboration within our industrial Business Unit and towards central functions such as Global Parts & Services and Digital & IT. By this describe and transfer customer requirements to attractive offers. All the way to commercial launch and solutions sales.

You will also play a vital role in defining the service market need in our digital journey for services, teaming up with our digital experience lead and central teams within Global Parts & Services as well as Digital & IT.

Responsibilities:
Developing the sales and services within the Industrial Service Market
Be part of a cross-functional team developing and launch new services and customer offers and develop new business models
Roll out and implement new services offers to our markets
Active in driving business model requirements on digital Service Market solutions
Support and represent the industrial service market organization in the field of services development
Be the voice of the Industrial partner, e.g. OEMs, by conveying demands into the organization
Market analysis regarding customers & potential prospects
Support the organization with competitor, market, and product information
Drive business transformation towards new technologies e.g. electrified solutions

Qualifications:
Experience from Business Development, Marketing and Sales in relevant fields in a global environment
Experience from business transformation, change management and cross-functional project management is valuable
Technical knowledge and interest in diesel engines, drivelines and industrial applications
Experience within electric and hybrid drivelines is preferable and highly valued
Experience from Project sales is meritorious
Fully proficient in English, other languages, considered as additional qualifications
University degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
Willingness to travel and with boots on the ground attitude
