Business Development Representative

The Purpose:
Join us and you'll be responsible for shaping the Ferries Channel at the best beer company in the world. You'll take the lead from day one, speak your mind and grow your career faster than you thought possible. ABInBev is seeking a Key Account Manager to play a pivotal role in increasing beer sales across the Nordics, with a primary focus on tax-free shops, bars, and restaurants onboard ferries & border stores. It involves 30% Travel.
The role:
• Analysis of our current customer portfolio in the Ferries (Nordics & UK)
• Build strong relationships with customers to negotiate best space & location, promotion support, develop right assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising strategies unique to Travel Retail channel
• Deciding on the expansion strategy together with the Line Manager
• Lead & develop a strategic business development plan together with every Ferry customer -
• Putting it into action together with the Trade Marketing and Domestic Teams.
• Effective stakeholder management (Supply, CX, TM) to deliver efficient assortment and 100% availability at POC
Who we're looking for:
• Enthusiastic and ambitious profile with an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Resilient character with go-getter mindset to drive the business in adversity
• Strong Analytical skills and ability to deal with complexity.
• Prior Sales/Key Account Experience including annual negotiations.
• Strong business acumen with good understanding of consumers and customers, with experience in developing joint business strategies
• Strong interpersonal, project management and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Good Administrative and organizational management.
• and fast-paced environment.
• Team player and ability to lead people;
• Proficient in English
• Ability to travel regularly
