YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a degree in economics or equivalent and with a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles. The person suitable for this role is business minded and development-oriented. It is also important to have a distinct analytical ability and an open mind.

REQUIREMENTS
• Suitable education for the position.
• 10 or more years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar.
• Knowledge of the shipping industry.
• Experienced and well qualified in reporting, budgeting and econimical analyzing.
• To be of a general thorough, detailed and logical nature.
• Very good computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Be very experience in Excel.
• Have a positive approach to all parties involved.
• Good communications skills
• Fluent in English

YOUR TASKS
• Actively and at his/her own responsible act, initiate, analyze the company's strategic business development and give suggestions to changes, improvements and new business areas and report to CEO.
• Social networking internally and externally such with colleagues, competitors etc, and other sales support functions in the company.
• Cooperate with other employees to discuss new opportunities and sales strategies, operation limits and calculate revenues from all sales.
• To lead the company's overall project development for new projects together with Head of commercial.
